The last few weeks of term, saw a number of activities taking place.  Both students and staff were heavily involved wth the planning and preparation of Sports day.  Despite the weather the La Retraite sports day was off to a great start.  We headed to Tooting athletics track to start the events.

It was a fantastic day, the students performed brilliantly displaying determination, perseverance and a great amount of effort.

Students took part in a range of athletic events such as sprint races, long jump, shotput, and archery.  

Events ended with a staff race, much to the excitment of students! 

Cultural day is a way of celebrating all the different cultures that make up the school community.  This year the students wanted the event to be even bigger and better than last year, and we can confidently say that this was achieved! 

Students and Staff were invited to attend school in cultural attire, the outfits were colourful and amazing 

There was also amazing food on offer from around the world! We can't wait to make next years Cultural day even better!
