Relay Workshop featuring Bianca Williams and Ian Wright

At the beginning of February, our Year 9 and 10 students had an unforgettable experience as they took part in a relay workshop delivered by The Inside Lane, founded by La Retraite alumna and track and field journalist, Lilian Okolie.

The session brought together some of our fastest sprinters, who were given the opportunity to develop their relay techniques, teamwork, and race strategies. Adding to the excitement, former professional footballer Ian Wright and Team GB Olympic silver medalist Bianca Williams were on hand to cheer students on and share expert advice on performance and mindset.
