Alumni Cynthia Erivo Visits La Retraite

We were thrilled to welcome Cynthia Erivo, one of our talented alumni, back to La Retraite to perform the new Wicked Movie song 'For Good' with our choir. Her visit was a truly inspiring experience for our students, highlighting the importance of resilience, creativity, and self-belief.

Cynthia and our students were featured in a BBC Radio 1 video, in which she reflected on her journey and fondly remembered her time at La Retraite, including performing in the dance studio. She also sang together with our choir, creating a truly memorable experience for everyone involved. Moments like this showcase the incredible opportunities available to our students and the remarkable achievements that can begin right here at La Retraite.

🎶 On that note… From September 2026, we will be offering BTEC Music as a course in our Sixth Form, providing students with even more opportunities to develop their creative talents.
