On the 26^{th of} April, Year 8 Art students were visited by Senior Architect, Rupali Sharma Patel and Esther Thomas, Senior Building Surveyor both of whom work for Transport for London.

Rupali and Esther gave students an insight into the world of Architecture and Surveying, informing students about the projects they currently manage and how they entered the profession and useful tips on choosing a career.

Students were given the opportunity to ask lots of questions and present the work they had completed this term in collaboration with TFL and the DEC award. Both Rupali and Esther were very impressed with their design ideas and model making skills, and the way in which they articulated their ideas and presented the work.
