Three Year 10 students have gained places on the prestigious Platform+, an academic enrichment and extension programme delivered across STEM and Liberal Arts subjects and led by Westminster School.

Aiming to boost confidence and nourish academic ambition, the programme offers the opportunity for students to experience new subjects led by professors. We look forward to hearing more about the programme!

We also caught up with Year 11 student Favour, to find out about her experience on the Platform+ Programme.

“I found the programme really insightful and interesting, I really enjoyed meeting new people and learning about the English subject in more depth, learning about different poems, how religion and poetry intertwine, language impacts different people and so on. The programme has really broadened my horizons and given my learning an extra boost, and I am able to think deeply about the things I read and watch as a result. I will take the knowledge gained and se it in my studies, as I plan to go into medicine in the future”.
